In most cases, you will have a limited network service area, which means you will need to visit health care providers who are partners in the providers’ plan. These plans are designed to minimize out-of-pocket expenses, with out-of-network coverage offered at a higher cost compared to in-network providers. Some plans do not offer out-of-network coverage.
